Our retreats

Menorca is an island that invites you to reconnect with calm and inner peace.

Very busy in summer but quieter and more solitary in autumn, winter and spring, it is during these seasons that our retreats take place. It is during these seasons that our retreats will take place, a perfect time to savour the magic and power of this island.

Our intention is to offer a five-day space where you can return to your centre, away from the external noise and demands of everyday life.

Our programme is designed to connect each day with a different element: earth, water, fire and air. The elements reconnect us with nature and therefore with our true essence.

The practices of yoga, meditation, dance and other surprises will be the common thread so that, little by little, your natural state will flourish again.

Healthy and vegetarian food - Rafal Rubí - Menorca

The healthy and vegetarian food comes directly from our garden and is the best way to remember that the earth nourishes us and gives us, in every season of the year, what our body needs.

The excursions through magical Menorca will fill you with energy and joy.

The whole Rafal Rubí team will accompany you with great affection in each of the experiences.

Earth element

8 a.m. yoga for the first root chakra
9:15 am breakfast
11 h magical Menorca: excursion
14 h lunch Earth element (tubers, seeds, legumes, vegetables)
17 h earth workshop (connection walk with the plants, the garden, sowing, care of seedlings and meditation in the olive tree) birds, life in the nature
20 h dinner

Saturday:
Water element

8 h flowing asanas and Heavenly Communication
9:15 h breakfast
11 h walk on the beach and meditation with the sea to "let go". RELEASE, SURRENDER, EMPTYING.
14 h lunch water element (soup, vegetables with marine elements)
17 h Workshop "I breathe my emotions" with Fernando (or SPA)
20 h dinner
21 h self-care session with essential oils

Sunday:
Element of fire

8 h Shakti Dance (the yoga of dance)
9:15 am breakfast
11 h fire ritual
2 p.m. lunch (with a spicy sparkle)
4 pm massage evening / free evening.
8 pm dinner
21 h sound bath

Monday:
Air element

8 h yoga with inverted asanas and meditation
9:15 am breakfast
11 h Anahata meditation
1 pm lunch
15 h farewell

Accommodation

The rooms are fully equipped, spacious, bright and full of charm.
There is a choice of single, double or triple rooms.

Food

Our chef Damià is the one who will take care of you through a balanced, honest, delicious and Km 0 food.

He is Menorcan and knows the ancient local recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

He will offer you a balanced diet so that you can enjoy the abundance of the Menorcan countryside every day.

Logistics

Rafal Rubí is located in the heart of the island, 10 minutes from the airport.

You can take a taxi from the airport to the enclave on arrival.

Transport from the airport on arrival and departure is not included in the retreat fee.

All excursions included in the programme do include transport.

If at any time you wish to do an excursion on your own, transport is not included.

Cancellation policy

To reserve your place you can pay the reservation fee, the rest of the amount will be paid on arrival.

The reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel your participation less than 45 days before your arrival.

The minimum number of participants is 8 people. The organisation reserves the right to cancel the retreat one month in advance if this number is not reached. Therefore we recommend to wait to buy the tickets one month before the retreat.

Prices

Shared double room (2 people), 90 €/person/day.
Retreat price 1.285 €.

Double suite room for single use, 180 €/person/day.
Retreat price 1.645 €.
